We just bought our first home, and we couldn’t have been luckier to work with Ian at eXpert Realtors. He wasn’t just trying to get us into any house. He genuinely wanted us to end up in the right one. We bounced around between a bunch of areas and options, and he was patient the whole way through. Always super responsive, always quick to jump on things, and somehow got us into showings fast every time. He gave honest, helpful guidance and never made us feel rushed.
What really stood out to us, though, was how much he truly cares. You can tell he loves what he does, and it makes the whole process feel way less stressful. He’s professional and knows his stuff, but he’s also just a kind, easy person to be around, which really matters when you’re making a big decision like this.
In the end, we found a house we really love, and he worked fast to help us make it happen. And even after closing, he stayed just as responsive and kept answering all our first-time-buyer questions. That truly meant a lot to us.
We can’t recommend Ian enough. If you want someone who cares about you and not just the sale, he’s the one you want in your corner. We’re so grateful we got to work with him. Thank you so much, Ian !!!

1000000/10 would recommend Ian over any other realtor out there. He literally had shown us 100s of houses (over the span of 6 years!) and never gave up on us once. He was always extremely flexible, incredibly responsive, and has a wealth of knowledge. We first met Ian at an open house of a home that he had listed and we hit it off from there. If you want someone who is going to help you every step of the way, give opinions when asked, and be in your corner - Ian is your guy. He has helped not only us but my parents and my brother. Very prompt replies. Wonderful to work with. Very knowledgeable on real estate and the entire process.
We knew we may need to sell months before we put our house on the market. Ian offered to do a walk through on our house and offer any suggestions on updates and staging of furniture, decluttering, etc. We decided we should update our flooring and counter tops to get top dollar. He even helped us select items flooring and granite that the average buyer would want in their home. When the time came to list, he got everything posted promptly. I believe the listing and photos really drew people to our home. He ended up helping us sell our home in 2 weeks at almost exact asking price - which was actually a bit higher than we originally thought we'd get in the current market. We've moved out of state, but if we ever return to the Indiana area, we will be using him as a buyer's agent for sure. Thanks, Ian. You were really wonderful to work with. Selling a home is never easy, but your help made the process run very smoothly.
